Road Cycling

We offer private and group rides for the beginner and intermediate cyclist, interested in improving their cycling skills. We have numerous routes from Greenwich to Ridgefield, Connecticut and Rye, Bedford, Katonah and North Salem, New York. Rides can vary from 10-15 miles for beginners to 25-40 miles for intermediate level cyclists. Longer rides can be arranged, but these are typically for more advanced road cyclists.

If you are interested in a rigorous cardio workout, which will test your ability and endurance on flat road, short inclines and hill climbing, click in and hit the road! Rides can begin at a number of locations, including a number of our routes or a favorite route of your own. If you are looking to purchase a new road bike, or upgrade a road bike you currently own, we can discuss the different type of frames currently offered (steel, titanium, carbon composite among other materials), group components, wheels, and tires. We can work with any number of bike shops to make the right choice for your personal riding style.

Requirements: Road bike, helmet, protective sunglasses, gloves, cycling shoes. www.usacycling.org
