Track & Field (www.usatf.org)
An exercise regimen involving tradtional Track and Field events include: short sprints (40 yard, 100 yard field sprints) and intermediate sprints (110, 220 and 440 yard track sprints), discus, javelin and of course, running stadium steps.
In addition, we will use training tools such as: bosu (for balance), cones (speed drills), sleds (resistance training), jump rope and many others.
Requirements: Comfortable shorts, dri-fit jersey, well-cushioned running shoe, protective dri-fit cap (optional).
